From the perspective of Duct Tape Marketing, sales and marketing is the process of getting people to know, like, trust, and ultimately hire you or buy from you. Therefore your marketing efforts must be directed at inviting people to get to know you, choose to like you, decide to trust you, and have the opportunity to buy from you. Marketing across the year must be focused on easy, sustainable activities that you can rely on and keep up with over the long haul.
